Sales Representative

Full-Time - 20,000 - 30,000 + Commissions

Job Duties Sales Representative:

Weekly phone work to setup face-to-face appointments.
Weekly face-to-face appointments with customers.
Grow pipeline.
Close business.
Become fully conversant in TechRadium’s products and be pro-active in identifying and solving customer needs.
Proposal development and product presentations.

Job Requirements for Sales Representative:

3+ years Enterprise Software Sales Experience or 3+ years in senior level sales to water utilities.
Proven 100% + quota performance.
Disaster Recovery and / or Business Continuity Software background.
Experience in using the phone to gain face-to-face appointments.
Experience selling higher-priced product than your competition in a highly competitive industry.
Must be good at prospecting and closing.
You should have made $90K in the past.
Experience in a technical industry or a technical degree is helpful, but not necessary.

Technical Support Representative

Job Duties Technical Support Representative:

Candidates will provide technical phone support, troubleshooting, software repair and documentation for the internal and external customers of the organization.
Ideal candidates will demonstrate high level of knowledge of personal computers and networks, including: Windows XP, Windows 2000, Windows 2003, Outlook, Excel, LAN hardware, desktops, laptops, and printers.
Candidates must also have a strong knowledge of network environments, network operating systems, communication protocols, and network applications.

Job Requirements for Technical Support Representative:

The ability to empathize with the customer and take ownership of their problem leading to a solution
1+ year experience providing Technical Support.
Strong working knowledge of computers and ability to multi-task.
Ability to make decisions and develop confidence to recognize and escalate situations as deemed necessary.
