IRIS™ Features

IRIS™ was developed as an intuitive, easy-to-use system and comes equipped with a comprehensive feature set. The mass communication system is a highly advanced, state-of-the-art program which is consistently updated and upgraded to best accommodate our clients' needs. Below is a listing of current IRIS™ features.

Web-Based Solution

TechRadium is a software development company. We do not manufacture, create, provide or install any hardware; IRIS™ is a web-based service. There is no requirement to purchase any custom hardware or to install, manage, maintain and learn new software. IRIS™ messages originate from any Internet-connected computer or any telephone. Servers reside securely at multiple redundant nationwide datacenters, not in your buildings. Therefore, no equipment, maintenance or installation costs are associated with the IRIS™ system.

Message Delivery

IRIS™ provides rapid communication of alerts to users via multiple devices, e.g., land lines, cell phones, SMS, digital pagers, fax, wireless PDA devices, email etc. Alerts can be delivered to multiple devices simultaneously (patented TechRadium feature). Additionally, IRIS™ allows for real-time text-to-speech and voice recording message creation as well as real-time multilingual translation into up to 10 languages.

Conference Calling

IRIS™ provides conference-call capabilities to ease communication for all IRIS™ users and allow for emergency responders and law enforcement to gather quickly when a situation so dictates. The ability to incorporate a conference-call option will allow users to relay their information to a larger set of constituents thereby saving time and making it easier for the organization to operate smoothly.

Survey

IRIS™ also provides a survey feature to simplify the gathering of information, whether in regard to extreme situations or routine maintenance i.e. opinion polls. The survey feature allows recipients to respond to questions from the organization, such as confirmation of the user's well being after an event or to confirm if he or she can report for duty. A total of one question and nine answers are available per poll.
