Getting Started in Five Easy Steps
Step 1: Organize Database
Your assigned IRIS™ Account Executive helps you organize your participant list, including members within the organization, emergency responders and key members of the community at large.
Step 2: Input Data
The Account Executive will instruct you how to upload participant data such as: phone, pager and fax phone numbers and up to two email addresses into your IRIS™ database.
Step 3: Test Operation
Your IRIS™ Account Executive tests IRIS™ to ensure all features work as desired.
Step 4: Train Users
Your IRIS™ Account Executive trains your designated administrators / users on IRIS™ operation. The system is so easy to use your users can train others in your organization.
Step 5: Monitor and Update
IRIS™ continues to monitor your service — 24/7/365 — ensuring readiness, operation and providing free program updates.
