TechRadium provides a personal Account Executive (AE) for each IRIS™ client during system implementation. In addition to the AE, TechRadium offers customer service available 24/7/365 through email or a toll-free 800#.

Account Executives:

• Serve as full-time customer service professionals
• Assist with day-to-day questions
• Offer customer support
  • password changes
  • alert broadcasts
  • information updates

Full training available for all administrators:

• In person
• Via live web-conference

Refresher courses and new feature training is available via web-conference.
